Launched in 2024, our project began as a small Brighton-based newsletter shared among local fitness enthusiasts. We noticed a recurring problem: the internet is flooded with wellness advice that is either too extreme or lacks practical context for the average person living a busy life in the UK.

Our mission is to bridge that gap. We curate and create educational resources that focus on sustainable habits. We don't believe in quick fixes; we believe in the compounding effect of balanced nutrition and consistent, enjoyable exercise.
